These Terms govern the purchase and use of the “Hybrid Strength” ebook, a downloadable digital product in PDF format. By making a purchase, the user confirms they are of legal age and expressly accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
The product is a 12-week training program in ebook (PDF) format. The applicable price is the one shown on the purchase page at the time of the transaction, including any applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
After completing payment, access to the ebook is provided immediately and automatically: via on-screen download and/or a download link. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a correct email address. If for any reason you do not receive the product, you can recover it on our recovery page or write to us and we'll resolve it.
As this is digital content with immediate access and download, and in accordance with our Refund Policy, no returns or refunds are accepted once the purchase is made and access is provided. By purchasing, the user expressly requests and consents to the immediate performance of the service and acknowledges that, as a result, they lose any right of withdrawal that might otherwise apply.
All ebook content (text, tables, images, videos, methodology and design) is the property of the Seller and is protected by intellectual property rights. The purchase grants a personal, individual and non-transferable license to use the product.
Copying, reproducing, reselling, distributing, sharing publicly, uploading to third-party platforms or transferring the ebook, in whole or in part, without express written authorization is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in the corresponding legal action.

The user performs the exercises at their own risk. The Seller is not liable for injuries, damages or losses arising from the correct or incorrect application of the content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the product. Our total liability shall in any case be limited to the amount paid for the product.
